Role (overview of this position): 

• Responsible for nesting, milling, green state adjustments, and sintering of milled materials as well as nesting, printing, and post processing of 3D printed materials.  Achieves goals and objectives by producing consistent and quality work, maintaining company SOPs, completing work according to daily schedules, and functioning as part of our technical team.   

Responsibilities (tasks associated with this role):

• Maintenance of mills & ovens 

• Nesting & milling zirconia & miscellaneous material

• Managing inventory of zirconia & miscellaneous material

• Managing inventory of milling burs

• Tracking remills and errors

• Managing digital library of materials

• First to call various customer service lines for mills and ovens

• Relaying technical calls and replying to emails

• Understanding material differences for various restorations

• Shade matching & communication with technical team

• Etching & adding finer details post-mill

• General understanding of oven programs and settings

• Keeping work areas clean and tools stored properly

• Completing minor equipment maintenance, especially on equipment utilized personally

Results (expected accomplishments):

• Milling and printing processes completed efficiently and on schedule

• Maintaining proper inventory of materials 

• Productivity targets met regularly

• Case survey and results scores at or above the lab standard

• Helping the technical team meet its goals
