Dear Valued Customers,
Like many of you, we have spent much time over the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is affecting our world. That means understanding how it impacts our customers, their customers, and our employees so we can best make any necessary adjustments to our operations.
Our case intake process begins with your practice and you taking the required infection control steps prior to sending us your impressions. Every case should be sanitized before it leaves your office. When we receive your cases, each case first gets sprayed and fully sanitized, prior to being worked on in our lab. When cases are completed, each case is subject to a thorough steam cleaning. These steps are all part of our normal operating procedures. In response to the current situation, we are adding additional final sterilization steps as a further precaution prior to delivery. In addition, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning within our facility.
We are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations to help prevent the spread of the virus. Below is a link to the CDC resources.
We understand that this is a rapidly evolving situation which is creating much uncertainty in our world. We encourage all our customers to be knowledgeable about how to contain the virus, put the health and safety of their employees and customers first, and also avoid creating disproportionate panic. Be assured that we will continue to closely monitor appropriate protocol related to COVID-19 and maintain our ongoing procedures to foster a safe and sanitary laboratory environment.
