Role (overview of this position):

  • Responsible for invoicing, packaging, and shipping of completed lab cases for on time delivery to the customer, scheduling and coordinating pick ups of new cases from customers

Responsibilities (tasks associated with this role):

  • Change case status on shipments inbound from production labs
  • Invoice completed cases
  • On a daily basis, locate and tag cases that are due out that day
  • Correct invoices based on services provided
  • Package cases
  • Create shipping labels and label packages based on required shipping time
  • Coordinate expedited deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate pick up requests
  • Manage due date expectations

Results (expected accomplishments):

  • All packages delivered on time according to doctor’s requested due date
  • Cases rescheduled in advance if outsourced production delays
  • Coordinating with the entire customer service team and helping in other areas when required
  • Continuous personal and professional development
  • Understanding of lab work flows and time requirements for each product when scheduling
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Provide excellent service to our customers

Requirements (expected proficiencies):

  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player

Experience:

  • Logistics and/or shipping: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
